Tracking number is sent out, once shipment has been made, so you can keep a watchful eye of your blanket and its journey.
Caring for your Ora
To keep your Ora inner duvet in tip top condition use with either the minky or cotton cover. This ensures that if anything gets spilled, wiped or smeared on your blanket, it will be on the cover which is fully machine washable.
The minky cover is 100% polyester. Machine washable cold/warm. Do not not iron. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on a low heat.
The cotton cover is 100% cotton. Machine washable cold/warm. Medium iron. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low heat.
The inner duvet is machine washable, but because of the weight, we recommend using a laundromat machine that is capable of washing the weight of your inner blanket. The gentlest cycle is always the best. Do not tumble dry. Best to let it dry in the shade and partially hang due to its weight.

Returns & Policies
Refunds are given with 14 days of the initial purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with the product you can return it within the 14 days as long as it is in excellent ‘as new’ condition and in its original packaging. Return of the product is the responsibility of the customer and all costs incurred will be at the customers expense. If there is an issue and you want to return it, please get in touch with me first to organise it. A receipt of purchase is required when sending back.
A partial refund will be given if it is returned during the first 14 days, if the original packaging and product is not returned in its entirety.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days, the customer will need to pay the difference if any. The product being returned in its entirety is the responsibility of the customer (shipping must be tracked) when returning back to Ora. It will then be processed and the exchanged blanket will be sent out free of charge. This gives you the opportunity to swap to a heavier blanket at minimal cost to the customer.
Manufacturers warranty covers stitching defects that lead to unravelling. Any fabric defects that have occured during manufacture will also be covered.
